Description
As you walk from your purpose built veranda, you enter the lodge through the side door which takes you into the entrance hall where you will find storage cupboards & hooks to hang your coats. Walking through the entrance hall will take you to your open plan living , dining & kitchen area. The living area has free standing sofa's, the dining area has a table & chairs.
The kitchen has built in oven, hob, and microwave, also you have a dishwasher and fridge freezer. Moving on from the kitchen, down the hall way on your left you will find a utility room with washing machine, and sink with plenty of storage cupboards. Next door you will find your family bathroom with full size bath, toilet & basin. Across the hall is your twin bedroom with 2 single beds & wardrobe.
At the end of the hall is your master bedroom with king size bed, wardrobe and dressing table, also there is your En-Suite with walk in shower, toilet & basin. The lodge also has a HIVE system for heating.
When leaving the lodge you step out on to a wrap around decking with a ramp instead of steps, At the back of the lodge you will find a landscaped secluded garden area with fenced area and lights, a hozelock garden hose and bracket with long length to make easy cleaning of all exterior areas, a bespoke bench & table with cushions to seat 8 people, parasol & cover for bench area, and a rotary line with cover.
